This feature ships with both live and evergreen modes pre-built.
Live mode
For scheduled live trainings:
- Registration page with countdown to event time
- Reminder sequence: confirmation → day-before → 1-hour → 10-minute
- Attendance tracking during the live (who showed, who left, who stayed to the end)
- Post-event sequence by attendance: stayed-to-end → application invitation, attended-but-left → “we saved a replay” + soft application invite, no-show → “we missed you, here’s the replay”
- Replay window with deadline urgency (replay closes 48 hours after the live)
Evergreen mode
For always-on funnels:
- Registration → “your training starts in [time]” — the training is recorded, but presented with a clear start time (no fake-live; just scheduled delivery)
- Reminder sequence identical to live mode
- Watch-time tracking with engagement signals
- Post-event application invitation based on watch percentage
- Repeat-attempt windows — non-applicants can re-enter the funnel 30 / 60 / 90 days later
