Most coaches sit on a goldmine of content they never publish. Every week they have brilliant conversations with clients — and almost none of it ever turns into marketing material.
The AI content repurposing pipeline turns those conversations into a week of published content, with you doing zero original writing.
How it works
- You record a call (Zoom, Loom, in-person on phone) — with the client’s permission for content use
- Drop the recording into the GHL portal
- The pipeline runs:
- Transcribes the call (Whisper-level accuracy)
- Strips identifying details (names, companies, specific numbers if you flag them)
- Extracts 10 LinkedIn posts (you pick 3–5 to publish)
- Writes 1 long-form email draft for your list
- Writes 1 podcast description if you publish the call as a guest-anonymized episode
- You review, edit, publish
The coaching-specific prompt library
The system isn’t generic GPT. It’s tuned with coaching-specific prompts:
- “Find the one-liner the client said that captures the breakthrough”
- “Extract the framework the coach is teaching, in 3 bullet points”
- “Write a ‘here’s what most people miss about X’ post in the coach’s voice”
- “Pull out the question the client asked that everyone has but nobody asks”
Output reads like a thoughtful coach wrote it, not like ChatGPT autocomplete.
Voice consistency
During your dedicated hours, we capture 10–20 of your past LinkedIn posts and use them to tune the voice model. The output then sounds like you — same cadence, same vocabulary, same sentence-length patterns.
Permission and confidentiality
Two-stage permission model:
- Client permission captured at the start of any engagement that may be used for content
- Per-call opt-in — even with engagement-level permission, each call can be flagged “no content use”
Identifying details are stripped by default. The system never publishes raw client content; it generates derivative content you review and approve.
What this lifts
Coaches running this typically see:
- 3–5 LinkedIn posts/week with no original writing time
- 1 email/week to their list, drawing on real client work
- 1 podcast episode/month if they publish (with consent + anonymization)
- Inbound discovery applications driven by the increased content cadence
What stays manual
You write the foundation posts that establish your perspective — about once a quarter, the high-effort thought-pieces that frame your work. The pipeline handles the in-between cadence.
